Rarefaction curves of species richness along with samples (a) and number of individuals (b). The former and latter curves were made using EstimateS (Colwell et al. [2004]) and EcoSim (Gotelli and Entsminger [2001]), respectively. In average species richness, different letters denote significant difference between groups (Mann-Whitney U test, P < 0.05).
