Interaction networks of identified proteins. Proteins identified in Table 1 were imported into the EMBL Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Proteins (STRING) database (http://string.embl.de/), and an interaction map was generated. Each node represents a protein entry. Interactions or edges were generated from the experimental results, text mining, and database evidence using a medium confidence level. Thicker lines represent higher-confidence interactions.
